Frequent change of rooms was stressful with a lot of packing and unpacking.
The location was fantastic. Super close to Kashiwa train station and convenient store. These are the two big advantages really.
1. During our 12 days stay, we were made to switch rooms twice, meaning we stayed in 3 different rooms over the span of 12 days. The first time was apparently due to their hotel policy (guests must check out every 7 days). The other two times was due to their hotel renovation works. Somehow when they placed us in each of the rooms, they had failed to foresee their renovation works on those different floors each time. Our final change of room occurred on the last full day of our stay. Because of the change of rooms every few days, we had to pack and unpack multiple times, leading to quite a bit of waste of time during our holiday, and also it was pretty stressful. 2. Because of the inconvenience, we asked for an extended check out time on the last day. They agreed. But at our checkout, they tried to charge us 4000 yen for it. We had to press pretty hard to get it waived. 3. The rooms were pretty small, tight. Even for a twin room, the space for movement was extremely limited and without any cupboards or wardrobe space.
